1.1 All pictures shown in the itinerary is for illustration only （一切沿用的照片只供参考）
1.2 Due to unforeseen circumstances, the tour program and sightseeing itinerary, transportation, accommodation and meals stated are subject to change without prior notice （在不可控制范围内的因素，本社有权力不另行通知情况下更改行程、景点、交通、膳食等等安排）
1.3 The tour is subject to a minimum group size of 20 paying tour members to depart. （最低成团人数为20人）
1.4 If the group size is less than 20 people, the company will not provide a tour leader, and will only arrange airport pick-up and drop-off service for guests, and Crystal staff will go to the airport to assist with check-in service. (若一团人数少于20人，公司将不提供领队，仅为客人安排机场接送服务，水晶工作人员会前往机场协助办理登机手续。)
1.5 The Company reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason whatsoever including insufficient group size, any act of God, war, strike, riot or order from the Government of Malaysia which is beyond its control （在人数不足以成团、天灾或天气影响、战争、暴动或收到本国政府告示等等的情况下， 本社拥有权力取消此次旅游出发）
1.6 Visa Application (if required) : All tour members are encouraged to process their own visa. Crystal Leisure Holidays offers assistance for the application of visa but approval is not guaranteed. No refund of the visa application fees if it is rejected. Additional: Foreigners and red IC must apply for visas and pay by themselves. (本社鼓励自行申请签证。如有需要本社可以提供协助有关申请但不保证一定成功取得 签证。如果申请被拒，有关申请费用没得退还。附加：外国人及红登记必须自行办理签证及费用自理。)
1.7All tour members are encouraged to purchase a travel insurance scheme. Do speak to our customer service personnel for detail. (本社强烈建议团员购买旅游保险，详情请跟我们的客服·查询 )
1.8 Triple sharing with extra bed means add on a roll away bed into the original twin sharing room. (3人1房住宿安排乃是在原本的双人房型下多加一张折叠床）
1.9 Deposit paid before MCO period, can change the package and the customers are request to make the full payment. Only book the tickets after full payment.

旅行必备:
1. 护照或签证 – 团员有责任确保护照有效期需至少6个月(从返程日期算起，并且取得必要的签证和准证。
2. 旅游保险 – 出发前，建议您购买全面的旅游保险。
条规:
1. 行程、膳食、酒店住宿和交通可能会有所更动，恕不另行通知。
2. 若出现无法预测的特殊情况, 特别是在旅游旺季期间，水晶旅遊将保留更改或取消行程的权利。
3. 若水晶旅遊的宣传手册或任何传播媒介，出现任何形式的印刷失误或遗漏，本公司一概不负责，并且保留更正的权利。
4. 每位参与水晶旅遊团的成员，必须为自身安全或行为负责。若出现无法预测的特殊情况 (例如：交通延误/取消、天气、 疾病、示威、战争等等)，因而引发额外支出的问题，水晶旅遊一概不负责，旅客需自行负责额外的费用。
5. 水晶旅遊配套里赠送的旅游保险（不包含中covid-19）只限70岁以下的大马人，外国人需自理保险。缴清团费后，出发前10天将处理旅游保险事项，旅游保险将在出发前7天内生效。如有需要索赔保险，任何保险索赔事项将在所有需要且完整的提交文件后的大约90天工作日内处理并理赔出来 。
Travel Essentials:
1. Passport & Visas – Each tour member is responsible to ensure their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the return date of the trip and all necessary visas and permits have been acquired.
2. Travel Insurance – It’s essential that you take out comprehensive travel insurance before travel.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Itineraries, meals, hotels and transportation are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Crystal Leisure Holidays reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the itinerary at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during peak periods or in the event of a force majeure.
3. Crystal Leisure Holidays is not responsible for omissions, printing and/or presentation errors in brochures or in any media where such information may be presented; Crystal Leisure Holidays reserves the right to make corrections as required.
4. Every person participating in Crystal Leisure Holidays tours shall travel at his/her own risk. Crystal Leisure Holidays shall not be held liable to any person for additional expenses that may be incurred due to delays or changes in any transport services, sickness, weather, strikes, war or other causes.
5. The travel insurance (excluding covid-19) provided in the Crystal travel package is only applicable to Malaysians under the age of 70, and foreigners need to take care of their own insurance. After paying off the group fee, the travel insurance will be processed 10 days before departure, and the travel insurance will take effect within 7 days before departure. If an insurance claim is required, any insurance claim will be processed and resolved within approximately 90 business days of submission of all required and complete documentation.
中国或韩国团 – 附加条规:
1．所有行程以中文讲解为主。若有需要，将提供简单的英语翻译。
2．三人房-房内第三名住客的床褥，将以折叠式为准。
3．团费仅适用于大马公民，外国公民则需缴付额外费用。
4．指定购物站 – 所有团员必须停留在指定的购物站约1小时，但不强制购买任何商品。若任何团员 没有停留在有关地点，水晶旅游有权利征收600令吉/人的款项
Korea/China Tours – Additional Terms & Conditions:
1. Tours are conducted in Mandarin with simple translation in English if required.
2. Triple Room – Third person shall be based on rollaway bed.
3. Tour fare quoted is for MALAYSIAN, non-Malaysian surcharge applied.
4. Compulsory Shopping Stops – All tour members are required to visit the compulsory shopping stops (approximately 1 hour) but are not obligated to purchase anything. Crystal Leisure Holidays reserves the right to collect a penalty of RM600 per person should any tour member fail to visit the specified shopping stops.
*飞机组机场接送（需指定地点）是免费赠送的服务，如果配合不到时间，请自理机场接场（没有退钱）请配合在已通知的指定地点及时间集合。
*Aircraft group airport pick-up and drop-off (need to specify the location) is a free service. If you can’t meet the time, please arrange the airport transfer by yourself (no refund will be given). Please cooperate according to the designated place and time in the notice.
*如果造成以上所描述的所有情况发生，水晶旅游将不会对顾客的一切损失提供任何赔偿。
* In the event of all the above situations, Crystal Leisure Holidays will not provide any compensation for all losses of customers.
*一旦水晶旅游向航空公司订了经济机票，经济机票将无法取消，无法换名及无法改期，如顾客紧急情况，需换人代替，需补新机票价格。
* Once Crystal Leisure Holidays has booked an economy ticket with an airline, it cannot be canceled, name changed or rescheduled. If the customer is in an emergency and needs to change personnel, the air ticket price must be supplemented.
